Canopy

Canopy is a restaurant I designed with a “what if” question in mind:

What if a restaurant was a tree house?

I worked with interior designers, Amber Savana and Laura Yocum, to create Hotel Flora and its accompanying restaurant, Canopy for Cartersville, GA. Our goal was for our guests to feel like they are on top of the forest, looking down at the floor and nature around them.

We incorporated natural colors and textures to keep the brand identity in theme. Additionally, we were very inspired by the lighting and shadows in a forest. With these ideas and more, we designed a calming setting for our restaurant and hotel.
